Malvio is led by Malcolm Corbett and Dr Viorica Chelban.
Malcolm is a leading expert in UK fibre broadband services having founded and led INCA.coop, the Independent Networks Co-operative Association, representing altnets from 2010 to 2024.
Viorica is a neurologist and neuroscientist at the National Institute of Neurology, UCL. She specialises in rare neurological conditions, including Multiple Systems Atrophy, and neuro-genetics.
